Like its mother house, Petí Panamericana has a new menu, created and reformulated every 15 days. The house's proposal features contemporary cuisine based on seasonal, Brazilian products handpicked by the chef. “We want to adapt the house to our cooking philosophy. Bringing this format to Panamericana, aiming for even less food waste”, declares Victor Dimitrow.
