Our story
A kitchen with Brazil at its heart.
Petí began in 2015 with Victor Dimitrow’s contemporary cooking. At MAM, that perspective meets art, architecture and the greenery of Ibirapuera Park.
Taioba, heart of palm, jabuticaba and Serro cheese feature in a kitchen that follows the seasons. From house-made naturally fermented bread to vegetables and preserves, care begins with ingredients and preparation.
Ingredients, origin and season
Brazilian ingredients and seasonal produce guide the menu. Preserves, pickles and different vegetable preparations help make more of each ingredient in the kitchen.
Between the glass-fronted dining room, the tables and the greenery of Ibirapuera, Petí invites you to stay a little longer. Join us for lunch, meet someone or pause during your walk.
Do I need to visit an exhibition to come to the restaurant?
No. Access to Petí is independent of MAM exhibitions. You can join us for breakfast, lunch or afternoon coffee during restaurant opening hours.
How do I get to Petí in Ibirapuera Park?
We are at MAM São Paulo, Av. Pedro Álvares Cabral, s/nº, Ibirapuera Park, Vila Mariana. By car, use Gate 3; on foot, use Gate 2. Parking includes a 25-minute grace period.
What are the opening hours?
Tuesday to Sunday, 10 am–6 pm. Lunch is served from noon to 4 pm. Closed on Mondays.
