Victor Dimitrow showed his interest in cooking since he was a child. With the luck of a family that always gave full support, frequenting good restaurants and offering an extraordinary culture traveling around the world, he refined his palate and made his demands for the best result.


He studied at Anhembi Morumbi University in São Paulo, always working in the best restaurants in the capital. Extending his studies at the Paul Bocuse institute in Lyon, France. Soon after, he worked at the Le Chateaubriand restaurant, considered at the time the ninth best in the world, located in Paris,

He continued his career in Dublin, Ireland, where he acquired more experience at the two-star Michelin restaurant Patrick Guilbaud and then at a contemporary French-English restaurant Camden Kitchen, considered one of the most respected in the city.

In October 2016,
Victor Dimitrow was elected Best New Chef by VEJA COMER & BEBER magazine , 2016/2017 edition.
